Ted responded quickly -- I had to move the piano from its location to my house within three days (moving/closing logistics), and when my husband unexpectedly got covid, they had an option to store the piano at a very reasonable rate until the house was covid-free. The movers themselves were pros, fitting it into the space I wanted with care and consideration, showing up when they said they would, and polite and gentlemanly throughout. I needed to replace the piano bench, and Ted had his warehouseman, Sule, find a great match at a phenomenal price and gave me the option of picking it up myself. "I have used this company to move my grand piano several times bow. They are always great. They are very efficient and careful with the piano and my living space. I used them most recently this week for a local move. I had to change the drop off time last minute due to an emergency. Ted (the guy who coordinated the move) worked with me to accommodate my emergency and make sure my piano was delivered. He was very understanding if the situation and did not create an issue out of the change which I appreciated. The movers were friendly and awesome.
